April 2023 - Scott Communications merge with Alchemy Networks
Always up for action and adventure, Gareth & Melissa are excited to be merging with Alchemy Networks. This gives our clients the opportunity to increase efficiences, integrate more services (internet and managed services) and enjoy even faster support with a bigger team working to keep you connected.
In his previous work, Gareth was a client of Alchemy Networks so has a great understanding of their products and services. Having always been impressed with the level of service the Alchemy team gave it was a natural fit for Alchemy Networks to be a preferred supplier of Scott Communications from the get-go. The merger has been a natural progression, with business carrying on as usual almost seamlessly.

In 1990...
Brian established Scott Communications. With a background in electricity communications, a niche market in the stunning Taupo district, Brian applied a can-do attitude, knowing there is always a solution.
As a result Scott Communications evolved to specialise in telecommunications and security. Always going the extra mile for customers resulted in additional services and expertise as technology changed the way things were done… Wi-Fi, fibre optics, access solutions, security, CCTV and data networks.
Brian completed work for many major organisations in the Taupo, Turangi and Ruapehu Districts; Contact Energy, Taupo District Council, Ruapehu District Council, Taupo Hospital, Miraka Dairy, Department of Corrections, and most of the schools in the Districts.
After 30 years, Brian decided to sell and enjoy an early retirement spending more time with his family and fishing.
